Dal soup infused with rosemary herb
Easy dal soup with simple ingredients. Can be taken as breakfast/dinner or for weight loss.

Ingredients
- Masoor dal - 2 tbsp
- Moong dal - 2 tbsp
- Toor dal - 1 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Garlic - 3 to 4 cloves
- Carrot - 1
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Tomato - 1/2 of medium size
- Rose mary herb - 2 strings
- Pepper - 1 tsp or as needed according to spiceness
- Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and soak 3 types of dal for 10 minutes.
- Add soaked dal, chopped ginger, chopped garlic, chopped carrot, chopped tomato, turmeric powder, rosemary strings and required water to boil in pressure cooker.
- Let it whistle 5 to 6 times or untill the dal is cooked.
- Cook until mushy.
- Take out the rosemary strings out of the mixture.
- Take out the cooked mixture from pressure cooker and let it cool.
- Grind in a mixie to a smooth paste.
- Heat this in a pan by adding water to the required consistency.
- Add salt and peper to taste.
- Add chopped coriander leaves and serve.
