Portobello mushroom burger
Egg and mushroom burger served with sliced tomato, lettuce and mayo sauce.

Ingredients
To make patties:
- 4 portobello mushroom cap
- 1 cup grated mozarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 cup maida(all purpose flour), divided
- 2 tsp black pepper, divided
- 3/4 cup bread crumps
- 2 eggs beaten
- Oil to deep fry
- 2 tbsp Oil to brush the mushroom cap
- Salt to taste
To make mayo sauce:
- 3 tbsp mayonaise
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 2 tsp jalepeno vinegar
Other ingredients:
- Lettuce
- Sliced vine tomato
- Hamburger buns
Directions
Step 1:
Place the mushroom cap on a baking tray. Brush with oil on both the sides. Sprinkle salt and 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Preheat the oven 350 degree F and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

Step 2:
To prepare patties, mix mozarella cheese, cheddar cheese, egg yolk, pepper, 1 tablespoon of maida in a bowl and mix well.
Step 3:
Take beaten eggs, 3/4 cup maida and bread crumps. All seperately in 3 plates.
Slice the vine tomatoes, wash the lettuce.
Mix mayonaise, yellow mustard, tomato ketchup, jalepeno vinegar and 1 tsp of black pepper in a bowl.
Cut through the head of baked mushroom horizontally. Keep the cheese mix(step 2) in the middle of the mushroom.
Dust the mushroom in maida, egg, bread crumbs and deep fry in hot oil.
Spread lettuce, tomato, patties and mayo sauce on the hamburger bun and serve!.
