Cauliflower Fritters
Easy and nutritious fritters made with cauliflower. This can be had as a starter of any meal or for evening snacks. I'm sure this is a kids friendly recipe as it is less spicy and cheesy.

Ingredients
- 3 big cauliflower florets
- 1/2 cup shredded mozarella cheeese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp black pepper
- salt to taste
- olive oil to shallow fry
- coriander leaves
Directions
Step 1:
Wash the cauliflower florets thoroughly with water. Grate them.
Step 2:Add shredded mozarella cheese, flour, egg, black pepper, chopped coriander leaves and salt to taste. Mix well. Refrigerate for half hour so that the dough gets thick.

Divide them into equal portions. Pat them into round shape. Heat oil in a pan. Shallow fry on both the sides until golden brown.

1. You may use any type of oil of your choice.
2. We can skip the egg if you are a vegetarian.
3. Can use any herb in place of coriander leaves like thyme, dill leaves..
4. 3 big florets had yielded 8 fritters. You can increase/decrease the florets as per your needed quantity.
5. These fritters can also be deep fried.
