Creamy Cauliflower/ Malai Gobi
Creamy Cauliflower/ Malai Gobi
This recipe is a super hit in my home. As always, myself and my family members like the cheesy taste of any dish. As the cheese contains protein, it is a good option for vegetarian to include protein in their diet. Adding on, the malai(milk cream) and not much masala is a very good and healthy starter or even a meal for kids.

Pls check out my YouTube page:-
1. Cauliflower has to be crunchy. Do not overcook. If it gets overcook, it gets soggy.
2. You may also use broccoli for this recipe.
3. We can have tomato ketchup as well instead of green chutney or both.
